At Barakah Closet, we want every order to feel right. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Inspection on Delivery

When your order arrives via courier, you have the right to inspect the package before making payment.

  • Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent.
  • Check the item for size, color, quality, and condition.
  • If something feels wrong or you change your mind, refuse the delivery and do not pay. The parcel returns to us at no cost to you.

This is the easiest way to return any order — we recommend using this option if you are unsure.

After Delivery (Once Payment Is Made)

Once you accept the parcel and complete the cash on delivery payment, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or color choice after payment is made.

We make exceptions only in the following cases:

  • A different product was shipped than what you ordered.
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The item arrived visibly damaged in transit.

To claim under these exceptions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the issue.
  • The item in its original packaging with tags attached.

Refund Methods

For valid claims, you can choose any of the following:

  • bKash or Nagad refund — full amount sent to your mobile wallet within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Store credit — equal value credit added to your account, redeemable anytime on your next order, no expiry.
  • Exchange — swap for a different size, color, or product of equal or higher value (price difference payable).

What We Cannot Accept Returns On

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Innerwear, accessories, and customized pieces.
